RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Custom-Made Products All products sold by Emily Yap Design are custom-printed to order specifically for you. We do not hold inventory and each item is created after your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • There is a printing error or quality issue with the product

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color variations due to different screen displays
  • Normal wear and tear

Reporting Issues If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Return Process

  1. Contact us with photo evidence of the issue
  2. We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions or send a replacement
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • For customer errors (wrong size, change of mind): Returns are not accepted

EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal) As we are based in Norway and sell to EU customers, please note: Under EU law, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Since all our products are printed to order based on your selection, this exemption applies.

Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
