TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing and placing an order with Emily Yap Design, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Emily Yap Design.

2. Products All products are custom-made to order through our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We do not manufacture or stock inventory ourselves.

3. Pricing All prices are in EUR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Limitation of Liability Emily Yap Design is not liable for:

  • Delays in production or shipping caused by our fulfillment partner or carriers
  • Lost or damaged packages during transit (we will assist with claims but are not financially responsible)
  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes
  • Minor color variations due to different screen displays
  • Issues arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Third-Party Services We use third-party service providers (print-on-demand fulfillment, payment processing, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems.

7. Accuracy of Information We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
